Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GPT Watermarker at https://www.gptwatermarker.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GPT Watermarker ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make a purchase.

2. Service description

GPT Watermarker provides browser-based and server-assisted tools to remove or alter watermarks and metadata on AI-generated images and videos, including visible logos, C2PA content credentials, and hidden signals such as SynthID where supported.

Features, limits, and availability may change at any time. Free tiers, credit packs, and subscriptions are described on the site at the time of purchase.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse quotas, attempt fraud, or interfere with the service.

4. Payments, credits & subscriptions

Paid features include credit top-ups and subscription plans processed through our payment provider. Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Credits are consumed when eligible premium jobs complete successfully according to the rules shown in the product. Subscription benefits (such as unlimited daily logo/C2PA allowances and included credits) apply only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or pro-rated credits for:

  • Credit top-ups, whether used or unused
  • Subscription fees, including partial billing periods
  • Failed, partial, or unsatisfactory processing results
  • Account closure, downgrades, or unused daily quotas
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that digital credits and subscription access are delivered immediately and that you waive any right to a refund except where required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

6. No guarantees & disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Watermarks, metadata, SynthID, C2PA, or other signals will be fully or partially removed
  • Processed files will pass detection, moderation, stock-library, or platform screening
  • Any specific image or video quality, format, or compatibility outcome
  • The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
  • Free daily limits, pricing, or features will remain unchanged

Results depend on source files, model watermarks, and third-party systems outside our control. You use the service entirely at your own risk.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
  • Process content you do not have the right to modify
  • Circumvent quotas, billing, or access controls
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
  • Misrepresent processed content as human-made where doing so violates law or platform rules

You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, platform terms, and third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the site, software, and branding. You retain rights in content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and store uploads solely to operate the service and your account history.

Third-party names and marks (including Gemini, ChatGPT, SynthID, Sora, Veo, and Google) belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPT Watermarker and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
