Privacy Policy

GPT Watermarker provides image and video watermark tools. Some processing runs in your browser; premium image jobs and account features use our servers and trusted providers. We do not sell your personal data.

Account data: email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and profile metadata when you register or sign in (including via Google).

Usage & billing data: credit balance, subscription status, transaction and webhook records from our payment processor, daily quota usage, job status, and timestamps.

Uploaded media: when signed in, original and processed images may be stored in your account history. Premium hidden-watermark jobs upload source and output files to secure storage tied to your user ID and job ID.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device characteristics, pages visited, referral URLs, and cookies needed for sessions and analytics.

We do not use your uploads to train AI models.

Browser-local: visible logo removal, image C2PA stripping, and video C2PA removal (FFmpeg.wasm) run on your device. Those files are not uploaded for that step.

Server-side: SynthID and combined premium image jobs are processed on our infrastructure and partner APIs. Signed-in history sync may store results in cloud storage.

Account and billing records are kept as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. Job history and stored media remain until you delete entries or close your account, subject to backup retention periods.

We use vetted providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, analytics, and premium processing. They process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and only as needed to deliver the service.

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and may use analytics to measure traffic and errors. See our Cookie Policy for details and control options.

The service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us to request deletion.

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the service you consent to transfer and processing in those locations.

While we apply reasonable security measures, no online service can guarantee absolute security. See our Terms of Service for disclaimers on processing outcomes.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
